I court the sacred, I am a: Mystic Herbalist, Medicine Maker, Ritualist, Retreat Facilitator, Ayurvedic Postpartum Caregiver and Midwife Belonging.

I am a Midwife To Belonging, I am holding you through thresholds and rites of passages. Reconnecting to a deep sense of home within yourself. I hold and witness you’re rites of passage and I hold the container so you can walk through with reverence and devotion. Yes you will fall many times but this is the process of midwifing. I am not here to save you nor protect you. Some of the biggest initiations are done alone with the elders on the outer circle holding you. My work weaves together inner healing, rewilding your soul, plant ceremonies and walking deeper into you heart dharma path. How many times in your life have you felt like you do not belong? a kind of collective soul sickness that needs ritual and communities walking us through rites of passages. A teacher once told me “when a rites of passage is not acknowledged or witnessed the person can get stuck in the passage and the initiation does not happen, which causes a soul sadness or sickness”

We completed our fifth retreat in Peru and this is the work that has always fed me on a soul level. To come together in a safe space to be nourished and held. Every retreat has a theme and it comes into fruition when I touch the land that continues to expand my consciousness.

INNER PEACE……. was the tone and energy of our Inner Alchemy Retreat and I always am surprised when the ancestors of the land tell me the energies and they always play out exactly how they should.

Each of the Women in our retreat represented a different generation, a different season of womanhood. Two Maidens, a Mother, the Maga and Crone/Hag wisdom. The power of this energy was beyond potent. The maidens were like sponges soaking up all the beauty…everything was complete aw in their eyes and so much softness. The Mother who mothered children and trying to find herself again yet has been at the threshold of death and birth. The Magas who are harvesting all their wisdom and integrating their life in order to step deeper into their intuitive powers at the threshold of the Crone/Hag season of life. The Crone or Hag in Celtic spirituality is the highest enlightened state a woman enters in her threshold crossings. And in the Western world its become a word of disrespect for some women yet its the highest crowned compliment anyone could receive.

We are taking a year off from leading retreats to Peru, the mountains are asking us to get more solid in our offerings and birth a more potent container by working with our teachers to solidify a future retreat that involves a vision quest on the mountain. STAY TUNED FOR INNER ALCHEMY RETREATS IN 2028!! new perspectives and births are happening.

In the meantime I am starting the footwork on a prayer that was laid down six years ago in Peru and its the year to birth it. Stay tuned as I may be raising some funds for it!

Can you smell the flora? can you hear the waterfall behind us? the river flowing to the left of us? Can you smell the smoke of Palma Dulce and Wiraqoya?

All these simple memories are special highlights of last years Inner Alchemy: Plants + Wisdom of Peru Pilgrimage. We arrived to our outdoor classroom and the stormy clouds were surrounding us, we settled into the space and as Victor and Celia started laying out the offering ceremony (Haywarikuy). The clouds parted and a brief sprinkle came and then a rainbow appeared! I always say Victor and Celia are the walking rainbows! The diviners of the elemental forces, the rainbow spirits come whenever we are in ceremony and this is the mystery of these teachings and the devotion to Pachamama.

DOORS ARE CLOSING

In the Andean wisdom lineage there are many branches of healers, there are the weather shamans, apu ceremony shamans, soul retrieval shamans and the shamans that work with direct communication with the mountain spirits and the female shamans that work with the mermaid and feminine water energies. We work with all the elementals in our retreats and I am looking forward to returning to this special waterfall that has become our classroom of opening our hearts to the plants and our inner nature. HEED THE CALL OF WISDOM!

LAST CHANCE

El Abra Málaga……is a mystic and misty mountain pass that drops into the jungle, a potent threshold where the mountains meet the jungle. Victor explains this energy “as a perfect merging of the masculine of the mountains with the feminine of the jungle.” This is a threshold we will visit in out next retreat and a perfect embodiment of balancing the masculine and feminine within nature and ourselves. My favorite highlight of this journey was sipping cacoa in a traditional Peruvian home with a thatched roof and Elvis records playing in the background. We went deep into time and had so many laughs with our group! This abra (opening) is a powerful spot where we will receive transmissions from Victor and Celia.

As I reflect on last year’s pilgrimage to the Andes, I am filled with deep gratitude for the wisdom keepers we have relations with. We were received in ceremony by Paqos who carry ancient lineages of prayer, reciprocity, and earth-honoring traditions. They shared teachings not only through words, but through presence: in the silence of the mountains, in despacho ceremonies (Haywarikuy) offered to Pachamama, and in the quiet moments of remembering who we are in right relationship with the living world.

IT WAS:

A return to simplicity.
A return to prayer.
A return to the plants

I am reflecting on the first retreat we led to Peru! we had many test and challenges to get these retreats off the ground….Closures of the country with COVID and a political crisis. Yet every-time we tuned in a “whisper said keep moving forward with the dream”. On March 28-April 6, 2026 we are about to lead our 5th retreat to Peru!! and I am so honored to the ancestors of Peru for allowing us to share the wisdom. Nothing would be possible without our great Mother, the divine Pachamama!

One highlight I remember from our first retreat in 2021 was when we traveled to a dear families home in a small village named Chahuaytire where we ate, sang, and learned how they dye the alpaca textiles with plants…Yes plantas puras! and they love dressing us up in their traditional clothes and sharing the stories of what the men and women wear on their wedding day and how they each weave a shawl for each other……seriously the most romantic thing I have heard!! And guess what this upcoming retreat Inner Alchemy: Plants + Wisdom of Peru we are returning to Hiladia and Felipes house to learn alongside weavers and plant keepers. Registration closes February 24th!
